On arrival we were greeted warmly by the host Jane, she provided us with all the relevant information and showed us around the cottage. The kitchen provided all that you would need & was spacious and bright. They provided a beautiful welcome hamper, which was a lovely surprise the homemade ginger cookies and shortbread were wholeheartedly welcomed. The fridge was stocked and included fresh eggs from the farm. One even had a double yolk. We had the best nights sleep during our weekend stay. Bedrooms were decorated beautifully & spotlessly clean! The bathroom was immaculate! We sat out on the decking area taking in the ambiance of country living. We even got to hose down the alpacas which was very memorable and created a good few laughs and hilarious photos! The birds of prey were amazing! Would highly recommend for couples and family. The hosts Jane and Paul, were genuinely helpful and friendly. Definitely would book again! Thank you Jane and Paul for such a memorable stay.
